You know what they say. There’s a first time for everything! And today, I am SO excited to share my first styled shoot with you. Ahh! This greenhouse wedding styled shoot involved a lot of work, but it was worth every second! I am already dreaming of my next one, which you know I’ll be blogging about, so stay tuned!
First, let’s talk about the venue. Village Gardens is a small, family-run nursery in the historic Russell’s Mills village. This spot was the perfect location for this styled shoot. What was once a roadside stand selling flowers, Village Gardens is now four greenhouses full of colorful blooms and lush foliage. So inspiring!
This greenhouse wedding styled shoot was designed by myself and C Salt & Co. The sky was the limit when deciding on colors and textures, but I am so proud of the finished product. The gorgeous light, combined with the perfect green and coral florals make me swoon. I can’t stop looking at these photos!
The unique arbor was created from vintage wood salvaged from an old barn located right on the grounds of Village Gardens. This was a vital element in our design, creating the exact vibe we were targeting. The warm wood tones, along with each piece of decor provided by our vendors (listed below) helped us create a bright, vintage-inspired wedding setting. Perfection.
Planning my first styled shoot was quite the undertaking, but also so much fun! Everything turned out better than I expected and I am so very grateful to C Salt & Co. and each vendor that participated. Be sure to show their pages some love and let each vendor know what you think of this greenhouse wedding styled shoot!
